Payment by:

HIRE/PURCHASE, FINANCE AND PAYMENT TERMS CAN BE ARRANGED BY DISCUSSION.
Please make cheques made payable to FMBs and MAGNET MEDICS. Please note that it takes up to 5 days for cheques to clear before the order is posted.
Prices
Prices listed are all inclusive of VAT but not delivery. Delivery costs are between £1.50 and £5.00, depending on which product(s) are ordered.
Delivery costs
The following are our charges for delivery:
❖ FREE on orders over £150.00.
❖ £1.50 on orders worth £10 to £25.
❖ £3.00 on orders worth £25.01 to £65.00.
❖ £5.00 on orders worth £65.01 to £150.00.
Delivery
Items are typically sent out next day, subject to availability, but please allow up to 7 working days.
10% of items posted/couried are delayed by a day or two. If your item is late, please contact us and we will track it for you.
Returns and refunds
Refunds or replacements will be given for the following:
❖ Goods damaged in transit
❖ Faulty goods
❖ If you feel the product has not been beneficial over a 4-week period. *
In all cases, where a manufacturers guarantee is in force, we will be responsible for the first 28 days after purchase. Beyond that period it is the manufacturers responsibility to make good any defective item.
Items not returned in their original packaging/box will have an amount deducted from the refund to reflect the cost of replacement. Unless we arrange collection, items should be sent back Recorded or Special Delivery via the Post Office or by Courier. All items must be signed for and trackable.
We are unable to refund returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
* Please note that in cases where the product is returned due to no benefit being found, products must be returned in their original packaging and be in near-new condition. A 20% administration charge will be applied for return of these trialled items.
